The company manufactures more than 1.6 million units every year and leads the industry in innovation and sustainability, supplying solutions to a wide range of sectors, from construction to security.
The Role
As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative functions run efficiently and supporting the wider business in maintaining a well-organised, productive and positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Co-ordinate meetings & company events
- Handle correspondence
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Co-ordinate maintenance repairs and facility needs
- Act as a point of contact for staff queries
- Co-ordinate between departments and external partners
- Act as a front-facing representative for visitors and clients
- Support teams with admin tasks
- Promote a positive office culture and employee engagement
Requirements
Essential
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day office operations effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Professional and approachable manner when dealing with visitors and clients
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
