Calverley Controls is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Estimating Manager in Leeds to lead tender documentation and manage the estimating team.
The role is predominantly office-based at LS12 6LL with some home-working flexibility and uses Trend and Tridium platforms.
In the first 6–12 months you will take ownership of day-to-day estimating management and tender coordination, enabling the BD Director to focus on growth and new business development.
