Domiciliary Care Worker | Reigate, Horley & Redhill | Full and Part Time | £12.85 - £13.50 per hour + Paid Travel Time (on domiciliary care assignments)

They are seeking a caring and reliable Domiciliary Care Worker to join their excellent team and play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of their customers.

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care and support to customers in their own homes.

You will assist with personal care, light household duties, and everyday support needs to help promote independence, dignity, and overall well‑being.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support tailored to individual customer needs
  • Carry out light household duties to support customers' health and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, families, and advocates
  • Build positive relationships by actively listening and engaging with customers
  • Work flexibly to meet customer support needs, including weekends where required
  • Follow company policies, procedures, health and safety guidelines, and care standards
  • Complete induction, mandatory training, and ongoing development activities
  • Continue to develop skills and knowledge through support from colleagues and line managers

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to a vehicle would be beneficial
