We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Export Coordinator to become an integral part of our Export Team.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll manage international customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, working with freight forwarders, overseas customers and colleagues across the business to ensure our products reach destinations around the world smoothly and efficiently.

You'll be trusted to solve problems, build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience, while helping identify opportunities to grow our international business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing export orders from enquiry through to delivery.
• Liaising with customers across international markets.
• Preparing export documentation and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
• Working closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Providing customers with accurate updates throughout the shipping process.
• Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Identifying sales opportunities and passing leads to our Sales Team.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards of the Muraspec brand.

What We're Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience coordinating export shipments.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and international logistics.
• Knowledge of export documentation and Letters of Credit.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• A proactive, positive approach and a willingness to learn.
