Position Overview

Are you a confident and customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering great service while spotting opportunities to upsell? We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in a fast-paced, office-based environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who is eager to develop their sales skills and grow within a supportive and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services through effective upselling techniques.
  • Handle Objections: Confidently manage customer concerns and objections, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, improve processes, and maintain high service standards.
  • Systems & Administration: Accurately update customer records and manage interactions using internal systems.
  • Compliance: Follow GDPR and data protection guidelines at all times.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections confidently
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Ability to follow processes and identify issues

Desirable:

  • Previous sales or upselling experience
  • Experience working towards targets

Additional:

Industry experience not essential - full training provided

Working Hours

Rotating shifts: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, One Saturday per month (9:00 am - 3:00 pm), Half day in lieu provided
