The Role

Responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with contracted management terms, and to run and maintain their property/development to the expected standards accordingly

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparing annual service charge budgets
  • Insurance claims handling
  • Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided is satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.
  • Health & Safety Compliance, BSR experience
  • Coordinate contractors
  • Liaise with other team members and departments
  • Building strong and proactive relationships with your clients
  • Respond to leasehold enquiries in an efficient manner
  • Attend external meetings as needed

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of property management principles and procedures
  • IRPM or TPI qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand customers' needs
  • Working knowledge of property management software/systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with BSR and Health & Safety compliance
