Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
- Support and implement care plans and behaviour strategies
- Lead bedtime and overnight routines
- Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
- Maintain accurate records and safeguarding logs

What We re Looking For
- Experience as a waking night support worker or similar role
- Strong understanding of care plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Compassion, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support young people (essential)
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Child Workforce or Health & Social Care
- 1+ year in residential care or similar roles.
Shift Patterns
Waking night 10pm- 8am shifts.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
