Key Responsibilities

What We re Looking For

  • Experience as a waking night support worker or similar role
  • Strong understanding of care plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support young people (essential)

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in Child Workforce or Health & Social Care
  • 1+ year in residential care or similar roles.

Shift Patterns

Waking night 10pm- 8am shifts.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
