We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced waking night support worker to help shape brighter futures. Key Responsibilities * Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment * Support and implement care plans and behaviour strategies * Lead bedtime and overnight routines * Promote emotional wellbeing and independence * Maintain accurate records and safeguarding logs * Be a positive role model What We’re Looking For * Experience as a waking night support worker or similar role * Strong understanding of care plans * Excellent communication skills * Full UK driving licence (desirable) * Compassion, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support young people (essential) Desirable * NVQ Level 3 in Child Workforce or Health & Social Care * 1+ year in residential care or similar roles. Shift Patterns Waking night 10pm- 8am shifts.
