Children\'s Senior support worker. Job in East Molesey Education & Training Jobs

We re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to help shape brighter futures.

This is a full time 40 hour per week role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Support and implement care plans and behaviour strategies
• Lead and participate in activities and outings
• Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
• Maintain accurate records and safeguarding logs
• Be a positive role model and team leader

What We re Looking For

• Experience as a senior shift leader or similar role
• Strong understanding of care planning and supporting daily needs of young people
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Compassion, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support young people (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• You must hold the right to work in the UK, we cannot support applicants seeking sponsorship. (essential)

Desirable

• NVQ Level 3 in Child Workforce or Health & Social Care or equivalent
• 1+ year in residential care or supervisory roles

Shift Patterns

• Early: 7:30am 3pm
• Late: 2pm 11pm
• Long Day: 7:30am 11pm
• Sleep-In (emergency only, not a regular requirement): 11pm 7.30 am (paid additionally to the stated salary at £50/night)
