About the role:
CameraMatics is continuing at full speed, on its path, as a high-growth company, and is looking for an experienced account executive to hyperdrive growth in the company’s next chapter. You will be part of the fast paced new business team and be responsible for all the new business within the mid-market UK region.
In this role, you will:
- Report to the VP Sales, Europe and be an integral member of the EU sales team, contributing to the development and execution of the overall business and organisational strategy.
- Achieve the sales goal for the UK markets with a strong focus on the mid-market fleets.
- Develop and execute sales strategy based on data analysis.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Develop high-accuracy forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and have a strong understanding of factors influencing performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and SDR teams to ensure quality lead volume across multiple channels.
- Provide input into new market entry and early sales feedback in market.
Minimum requirements for this role:
- 4+ years sales experience in sales (SaaS technology preferred).
- Strong operational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Ability to influence and lead teams through rapid and difficult transition.
- Experience leading teams with strong outbound / cold-calling practices.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce.
- Be a mentor and coach teams to the junior AEs and lead by example.
