Who we are
We’re on a mission to transform how fleets operate, using cutting-edge camera technology, AI, machine learning and telematics to make roads safer and businesses smarter. As an award-winning SaaS company in a high-growth phase, we’re scaling fast and expanding into new markets worldwide. Our technology gives fleet operators real-time visibility, reduces risk, improves efficiency, and helps set new safety standards across the industry. Join a global, ambitious team and be part of what's next!
The role
As Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, you will own the success of a small portfolio of high-impact enterprise customers, from implementation through to long-term value delivery. This is a strategic, data-driven CSM role where you will work closely with leading organisations in the UK fleet industry to understand their operations, define what success looks like, and ensure the CameraMatics platform is configured and adopted to deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations & Enablement you will play a critical role in taking our enterprise customer experience to the next level. Working cross-functionally across the business, you’ll become the internal and external voice of customer success, helping to design platform setups that solve real-world operational challenges and using data-rich QBRs to demonstrate performance improvement and ROI. This is a remote role, open to candidates based within the UK.
What you'll do
- Strategic Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Act as the strategic partner post-sale, gathering detailed customer requirements, operational priorities, and success KPIs.
- Create implementation briefs for the ProServe team that align directly to client goals and pain points.
- Ensure system setup is designed for immediate and long-term value — not just technical completeness.
- Insight-Driven Success Management
- Monitor platform usage, performance data, and operational indicators to drive adoption and value proactively.
- Lead data-backed QBRs with customer stakeholders that clearly show the impact of our platform on their KPIs.
- Identify usage gaps or misalignment early and recommend corrective actions to ensure continued ROI.
- Customer Partnership & Retention
- Become a trusted advisor to senior managers, directors, and C-level stakeholders — translating their challenges into platform solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, ProServe, and Support to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
- Maintain account health through insight, action, and exceptional communication — not escalations.
What we’re looking for
- Essentials
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience building trusted relationships and delivering value for large enterprise customers.
- A strong understanding of data, platform configuration, and the key drivers of customer ROI.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the confidence to understand and make changes within a software platform when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with everyone from operational teams to senior and board-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment, where you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership, use your initiative, and make things happen.
- Naturally curious and keen to learn, with a genuine drive to continuously improve and find better ways of working.
- Desirables
- Experience in fleet management, telematics, logistics, or compliance technology.
- Experience using Salesforce, Power BI, or other reporting and data visualisation tools.
- Previous involvement in product feedback, product improvement, or implementation strategy.
- Exposure to GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001-led customer environments.
- Experience working with large enterprise organisations, particularly those with 500+ employees or £100m+ in revenue.
