As an Engineer Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of our video telematics solutions across various projects in the UK and Ireland. Your responsibilities include managing resources, supplier relationships, completion administration, handling charges, and raising purchase orders. You will also be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders and interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the scheduling of field engineers for deployment and maintenance for UK & Irish projects.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal utilisation and efficient project execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment times, provide updates on engineer availability, and address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Administer completion documentation and manage related processes efficiently.
- Handle charge and purchase order raising in accordance with company procedures.
