You will combine hunter instincts with consultative flair, selling a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions to high-profile clients who depend on you to keep them safe.
What You'll Do:- Drive new business by forging relationships with key specifiers and decision-makers across the region
- Grow and develop our existing accounts — uncovering new revenue streams at every turn
- Smash your targets and contribute directly to the company's ambitious growth plans
- Champion long-term maintenance and monitoring contracts, creating recurring revenue that matters
- Build compelling, commercially savvy proposals for high-profile customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client journey from first contact to live project
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven, consistent track record
- A strong understanding of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems
- A natural communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels
- Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure
- NICEIC, FIA, BTEC or equivalent industry qualifications
- Working knowledge of NSI & FIA regulations and codes of practice
- An established network of contacts so you can hit the ground running from day one
- Uncapped commission — earn £100K+
