Overview

Direct message the job poster from Camera Crib. We’re looking for a hands‑on creative to help bring our brands to life — Camera Crib, Leica Store Manchester, and a few others in our group. You’ll be based instore, capturing what makes this world special: the people, the craft, and the gear itself. If you love cameras, design, and storytelling, this is a rare chance to work inside a space where all three meet.

What the role involves

You’ll help build and maintain a consistent online presence across our channels. That means creating fresh, engaging content — and following it through from concept to post.

Your day‑to‑day could include:

  • Shooting and editing social content: reels, short clips, product features, event coverage, behind‑the‑scenes moments.
  • Working to an agreed content plan for Instagram, TikTok, and email — while also pitching ideas that feel authentic to our brands.
  • Helping craft newsletters that people actually want to open — from layout to copy to send.
  • Tweaking post‑purchase email flows so they feel more human and true to our tone.
  • Capturing in‑store life: customers, workshops, new arrivals, and collaborations.
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, product launches, and event promotions.
  • Reporting on engagement and helping shape what works next.

What we’re looking for

  • A natural eye for visuals — especially photography and video.
  • Confidence in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to write clear, confident copy with a sense of personality.
  • Comfortable working to a schedule and hitting deadlines.
  • Some understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Bonus: an interest in photography, cameras, or creative tech.

What you’ll get

  • Part‑time, 100% flexible hours (approx. 20 hours a week, can vary).
  • A creative environment — surrounded by beautiful gear, talented people, and real stories.
  • Room to grow: as our content and campaigns expand, so can your role.
  • The freedom to test ideas and make an impact — this isn’t a corporate box‑ticking job.
