About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Category Manager to join our Pizza Category Team. We’re looking for someone who can translate shopper and consumer insights into actionable category strategies, build strong retailer relationships, and deliver compelling, insight-led recommendations that drive sales growth and maximise the visibility and performance of our Pizza brands.

About You

Communication & relationships – You’re a natural people connector with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and positive relationships at all levels. Experience in a corporate office environment is essential.

Drive & initiative – You’re organised, proactive and thrive on taking ownership. You use data well and turn this into actionable insights.

Challenge & Influence – You are confident in challenging & influencing with confidence at all levels across the business.

IT skills: You are highly competent in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as data systems such as Circana, Nielsen & Kantar; experience in retailer data systems would be a great advantage.

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.

The Category Manager role offers a competitive salary alongside additional benefits including:
