We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to work in our goods inbound department.
The role involves unloading, checking, putting away and picking raw materials, maintaining health and safety, and supporting warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies.
- Unload and check raw materials for accuracy against delivery paperwork and warehouse SAP documentation.
- Put away and pick raw materials to production orders.
- Operate forklift and powered pallet truck (training provided).
- Maintain housekeeping and clean as you go within the area.
- Apply food safety culture and guidelines.
- Work in a physical, chilled environment involving bending, lifting and manual handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Highly motivated, proactive and innovative.
- Can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working with machinery and/or technical roles.

- Shift pattern – rotating double day shift 05:45-14.15 / 13:30-22:00 Monday to Friday.
- Annual salary starting from £25,428 (£13.04 per hour) rising to £28,762.50 (£14.75 per hour) with training and skills development.
