We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Maintenance to join our Maintenance Team.

This is a 2 year fixed term contract.

This isn’t a standard Head of Maintenance role.

This is a high‑impact transformation opportunity to take an already strong operation at our Leyland site and turn it into a best‑in‑class, future‑ready maintenance function.

You’ll join the business as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, shaping strategy, driving cultural change, and building the capability needed to deliver sustainable, world‑class performance.
