We have a fantastic opportunity for a Consumer Response Assistant to join our Quality Team for a Maternity Cover for a period of 12 months. We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for managing Dr. Oetker’s consumer feedback process, ensuring all product enquiries, complaints, compliments and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally.

You’ll maintain the RESPOND system, manage voucher stock, and collate consumer data from multiple channels including phone, email, social media, website and retailer systems. You’ll support reporting activities by producing weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc complaint insights, including post‑launch reviews, and provide cover for the Consumer Response Manager when required. The position also carries responsibility for ensuring product safety, legality and quality within your remit, along with upholding health and safety duties and any additional reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
