As Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader. With a bespoke training programme, you will be learning all about the product, delivering exceptional customer service and excelling in sales along with running a profitable retail centre. This role is all about developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships. Based in Nottingham this role is full time and permanent, Mon to Fri offering a starting salary of circa £27,000 and an OTE of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:
- Drive your self development by engaging with the training programme
- Undertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and researching new business leads
- Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling
- Visiting customers weekly
- Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service
- Conduct stock takes as requested
- Re-stocking/replenishing items
- Understand the range of company products
- Administration of sales orders received
- Administer any returns
- Handle parts enquiries
- Attend training, meetings and company events onsite and at head office
