Due to company growth, we are looking for three experienced Production Supervisors to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Banbury, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in delivering daily production targets while maintaining strong standards across health.
