We are looking for a fast-moving, highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing business in Banbury. This is a maternity contract until October 2026 but could extend or go permanent. It is ideal for someone who enjoys pace, problem-solving and taking ownership in a busy, hands-on environment. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Team Leader to keep stock flowing, suppliers aligned and internal teams informed, playing a key role in maintaining availability and service levels across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders
- Place orders for forecasted ROP and demand-based products
- Chase suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
- Update system comments, due dates and escalate delivery risks
- Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations
- Resolve invoice and non-conforming delivery issues
- Review back orders and support a 95% availability target
