Leasing Administrator in Northampton

Leasing Administrator Daventry | Hybrid | £30,000 - £35,000 We are looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to join a friendly, established business in Daventry, offering a great combination of hybrid working, autonomy and a genuinely supportive team environment. This is much more than a paperwork role. You'll be involved throughout the leasing process, working with customers, the sales team and a wide panel of banks and lessors to keep deals moving from proposal and credit approval right through to payout. You'll be joining a relaxed, trusting business where people are given the freedom to get on with their jobs, whilst having plenty of support and industry experience around them. What will I be doing? Preparing and submitting funding proposals through funder portals Liaising with banks, lessors and funders on rates and deal appetite Reviewing customer financial information and bank statements Keeping the sales team updated on funding approvals and deal progress Liaising with suppliers regarding deal and invoice requirements Preparing and processing customer and funder documentation Managing agreements through customer signature, KYC and payout Checking documentation carefully before deals progress to payout Managing deals from credit acceptance through to release of goods Liaising with customers, suppliers, funders and internal teams Keeping accurate records and making sure nothing gets missed What are we looking for? We'd love to speak to you if you have previous experience within leasing, asset finance or a similar commercial finance environment and understand how funding deals come together Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills Commercial awareness and good judgement Confidence working with customer financial information Strong communication skills The ability to manage multiple deals and priorities A calm, reliable and professional approach A collaborative attitude and willingness to be part of a small, supportive team What's in it for you?
