Senior Regional Service Technician in Eastleigh, Hampshire

Job Description Due to growth and new contracts, we're looking for an additional Senior Regional Service Engineer to join a dedicated service team, where you'll play a key role in upholding the brand and delivering outstanding service to customers. \n This is a hands on, field based role, focused on the service and repair of industrial and municipal cleaning equipment. You'll be representing a globally respected company with a strong customer first approach. \n Location Requirements \n This is a field-based role covering the M3/A3 corridor and surrounding areas. We are particularly interested in engineers based around Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Guildford, Woking and surrounding locations. \n Key Responsibilities for the Senior Engineer \n \n Service, maintain and repair a wide range of cleaning equipment \n Diagnose faults and complete accurate service reports \n Plan and manage your daily workload with the Service Manager and Scheduler \n Take ownership of your area, ensuring service standards and performance are met \n Manage van stock and parts effectively \n Support and coach other engineers where needed \n Identify potential sales leads \n Build strong, professional relationships with customers \n \n What You'll Need \n \n Strong experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or diesel equipment \n Background in municipal, FLT, plant hire, HGV or similar industries (ideal) \n Confident diagnosing complex faults and working independently in the field \n Able to manage your own workload and take responsibility for your area \n Good IT skills and experience completing service reports \n Full UK driving licence \n Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays \n Passport (preferred for possible training in Germany) \n \n What's in it for You \n \n Salary up to £41,110 \n OTE £50,000+ with overtime \n Fully expensed company van (optional personal use) \n All tools provided \n 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off \n Pension, health plan, sick pay & critical illness cover \n End of year discretionary bonus \n Staff discounts and social events \n Ongoing training and career development \n \n Training & Onboarding \n You'll follow a structured 12 week training programme , including factory led courses and hands-on support, working alongside experienced engineers with ongoing development. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
