Program Highlights

• Immersive Training: Jump into an intensive onboarding program that begins at our U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas, on June 8th and is designed to jumpstart your knowledge of the digital marketing industry and use cutting‑edge technologies like AI to help drive impact.
• Hands‑On Experience Early On: PMG is an AI‑first organization. You’ll develop software solutions and engineer scalable systems, gaining invaluable experience from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic Prowess: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields with a 2:1 grade or above. A Level requirements = AAB at A Level or equivalent, including Mathematics at grade A or above.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js is beneficial, as are skills in AWS and GCP and experience with AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain.
• Eager Learners: A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
• Work Experience: Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem‑solving and technical capabilities.
• Authorization to Work: Please note, we do not offer sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom for this role.

The recruiting process will take place throughout March with final on‑site interviews in our London office at the end of March and into early April.
