My client, a medium sized, growing M & E contractor is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.

They deliver a wide range of mechanical and electrical building services projects across commercial, education, industrial, healthcare and public sector environments, with projects generally located within 1.5 hours of their Glenfield office.

The Role

You will take ownership of the mechanical delivery of projects from design development through to commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing mechanical building services projects including HVAC, plumbing and pipework installations.
  • Coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors and site activities.
  • Managing project programmes, costs, variations and applications for payment.
  • Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal delivery teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety and project requirements.
