Do you have a customer service background? The Internal Sales Advisor role is a real opportunity for someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to imbed within the existing team, working together to successfully deliver first line customer sales support, including preparing and following up quotes, processing customer orders and creating returns.
At CAME, specialists in cutting-edge home and building security products, you’ll enjoy a role working alongside our existing Internal Sales team, specialising in sales support of our range of Intercom and Access Control products.
- Demonstrable customer service skills, particularly when assisting customers over the phone
- Performance and drive, with the desire to achieve and exceed targets
Our products are technical high-flyers when it comes to cloud and smartphone connectivity, with remote management and problem-solving capabilities. As part of this role you will learn all about our Intercom and Access Control products and will in time be able to explain the technical intricacies, building value from demonstrating trustworthy product knowledge in order to fully support our customers.
Our office is based in Hemel Hempstead, North of London and just minutes off the M1.
In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to £29,000 per annum dependant on experience, you will receive complementary company attire, company pension and 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing with length of service.
