As a Business Development Manager, you know that good customer service and sales can go hand in hand. You know that the journey is just as important as the destination. You know that a good experience, not just a good deal, yields long-term business success.

CAME KMS is the UK’s leading supplier of residential access control products and services, predominantly supplying the UK social housing sector. CAME Entrotec is a trusted pioneer and leading manufacturer of door entry solutions in UK residential markets. You will actively manage existing clients for both of these product lines to ensure they stay well informed and supported as well as finding new potential customers, presenting the CAME brand to them, ultimately converting them into clients.

You will need to be somebody who can deliver against annual organisational strategic goals through building key strategic relationships, identify business opportunities and negotiating and close business deals. You will also work with the internal teams, marketing staff, and other managers to increase the sales opportunities available to us and ensuring that the best possible customer service is provided.

Do You Offer?

  • A willingness to learn and go that extra mile.
  • A technical aptitude and desire to develop and retain key technical knowledge of the full product range.
  • A positive character who enthuses colleagues and clients alike.

Experience within the Social & Private housing market and an understanding of the value of electronic security solutions to protect residents, the properties and their communities is not an absolute must but would be a real advantage if you are somebody who has experience in this area.

Your Next Role…

  • Develop a rapport with potential clients, growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network to ensure a robust and strategic pipeline of opportunities.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Reporting sales activity to measure performance and opportunities
