The Role
The role of the Housekeeping Attendant involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel rooms. Key tasks include:
- Working independently to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies.
- Vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining furniture and equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms.
- Reporting maintenance issues and supply needs.
- Completing periodic cleaning tasks.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Must be available/flexible to work Saturday and Sunday
Essential skills and attributes for the job
- A commitment to high customer service and cleaning standards.
