The role
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team.
In this role, you’ll help ensure our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and presented to a consistently high standard. You’ll work independently while also supporting the wider hotel team to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
This is a full-time role based on a weekly schedule. Flexibility and availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays are essential.
Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
- Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies.
- Vacuuming floors and cleaning surfaces, furniture and equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or supply requirements promptly.
- Completing periodic and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Following all health and safety, cleaning and hotel procedures.
- Responding to guest and colleague requests in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
- Supporting the wider hotel team when required.
We’re seeking someone who has:
- A strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The flexibility and availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
