Our client, a global leader in financial services and funds technology, are currently looking to hire a senior client delivery professional to manage the client implementation process.
Key Duties:
- Leading complex implementations across multiple clients from initiation through to (BAU) operations.
- Driving project delivery and ensuring progress to meet objectives and milestones.
- Developing and maintaining project and program-level plans for complex work streams.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of client solutions.
- Monitoring resources and costs throughout engagements to ensure sufficient coverage for successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 10 years+ experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, specializing in transformation and client implementation within fund administration or investment management.
- Excellent understanding of Fund Accounting across traditional and alternative asset classes is essential; transfer agency and custody knowledge is a plus.
- SQL & Python is a plus.
- Proven experience leading implementations for software solutions.
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
