Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade C+ or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Experience of working in an educational setting
  • The flexibility and ability to adapt to the needs of the children
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the pupils’ learning
  • The ability to work closely with teachers, support staff, parents and the wider community
  • An excellent standard of written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
  • Basic ICT skills
  • A caring, approachable individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to reflect and be committed to their own professional development
  • A commitment to the Christian ethos of our school
