The Governors of La Sainte Union Catholic Secondary School are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner to join our school as a Teacher with Head of Year responsibility.
Role
- Deliver high-quality teaching within their subject area
- Lead a year group, ensuring outstanding pastoral care, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Drive high expectations for behaviour, attendance and achievement
- Lead and support a team of form tutors
- Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for all pupils
- Implement targeted interventions to support pupil progress and personal development
