We are looking for an experienced and creative English teacher who will also be a secondary leading practitioner. You will have drive, creativity and resilience and be joining and leading our successful and supportive teaching team.
The role will include teaching English throughout the school, across the secondary and post 16 phase, to individuals and small groups. Your approach to planning will be thorough, responsive, equitable and adaptable.
We are looking for an individual who has a dynamic approach to teaching English. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the curriculum and exam requirements for English, and an inclusive approach to engaging children of all abilities and needs in the English curriculum.
You will be expected to lead a secondary team who teach a range of subject areas. You will be responsible for developing the high quality provision in this area of the school.
