£32,850 per annum (pro rata of £43,000 FTE)

Hours: 27.5 hours per week, worked across 5 days (year-round)

Location: Hybrid minimum 2 days per week in Camden

Camden Learning is seeking an experienced governance professional to coordinate the delivery of its clerking service to schools. This is a key operational role responsible for allocating clerks, maintaining service continuity and ensuring consistent, high-quality clerking practice across a large and varied portfolio of schools. You will oversee systems, monitor capacity and support the recruitment and onboarding of clerks, contributing to a responsive and professional service.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing demands and a confident understanding of school governance processes and statutory requirements. The role is typically worked across five days (Monday – Friday), with a daily presence required (on-site or remote) to support service delivery. We support flexible working arrangements where these align with the needs of the service.

This is an opportunity to take on a substantive coordination role within a well-established service, with scope to shape systems, strengthen consistency and drive improvement.
