We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer‑focused Sixth Form Cafe Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our vibrant student cafe at Hampstead School.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day cafe operations, ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene and customer care.
- Manage stock and ordering.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff, supporting their wellbeing and independence.
Hours & Contract
- 38 weeks per year, 2‑year fixed‑term contract.
- 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (8:30am to 2:30pm), 30 hours per week.
- Salary £22,539 to £22,860 per annum before the 26‑27 NJC pay deal, which will increase the salary.
