About the School

About the role
The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Attendance Assistant for a Full-time post.The successful candidate will play a key role in the school. The Pastoral side of the school is very impressive with fantastic support.
Ideally you will have similar experience working in a secondary environment and be available to start very soon.
Main responsibilities:
To have responsibility for the recording of the school’s attendance figures for Year 7 to Year 11 and liaise with internal and external agencies on individual student attendance records.
To provide information to the Assistant Headteacher and attend pastoral meetings as and when required
To be the first point of contact within the school for providing data reports to staff
To be responsible for checking all Attendance Data that is submitted externally
