Locum/sessional GP

B.MAIN DUTIES 1.A range of general practice consultations telephone, remote and face-to-face 2.Primary Care support to other clinical and non-clinical staff 3.Telephone support to other clinicians from our UTC services 4.Assess,diagnose,plan,implementandevaluatetreatment/interventionsandcareforpatientspresenting with an undifferentiateddiagnosis 5.Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective and plan clinical care accordingly and holistically 6.Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions/treatments for patients with complex needs. Proactively identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for patients at risk of developing a long-term condition (as appropriate) 7.Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating both drug -and non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan
