Salary: £50,537 - £57,583 subject to skills and experience

This role is part of Camden's Youth Justice Service. As one of three Team Managers you will provide operational leadership, ensuring services are delivered to high quality outcome-focused standards. You will lead a service priority area, manage a team, and ensure safe, effective, consistent delivery. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

What You'll Be Doing / How You'll Be Involved

You will provide operational leadership, ensuring that services meet local and national standards, and that the primary objective of delivering high‑quality outcomes for children in Camden is achieved. You will manage a team of staff, maintain high standards of professional practice, risk management, and compliance with national and local standards, and contribute to service improvement through regular audits and performance monitoring.

All About You

To be considered for this exciting opportunity the successful candidate must have one of the following qualifications alongside their YJS experience:

  • Social Work (SWE registered)
  • Probation
  • Youth and Community work
  • A relevant qualification such as Youth Justice, Psychology, Counselling, or Substance misuse

You will have significant management experience in a Youth Justice Service, leading, supporting and motivating a team, ensuring high standards, and contributing to service improvement.
