The role

We\’re looking for a Senior Housing Repairs Co-ordinator to join our Housing Repairs Contact Centre. This is a key role where you\’ll lead the day-to-day planning and scheduling of high-volume repair works – from the first customer call right through to completion.

As well as handling complex cases and supporting residents, you\’ll play a leadership role in mentoring and guiding colleagues, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and that residents receive a first-class experience.

What you\’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate scheduling and allocation of responsive repairs.
  • Act as first point of contact for operatives and contractors, tracking progress in real time.
  • Train, mentor, and support Housing Repairs Co-ordinators in the team.
  • Handle high call volumes and complex customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure accurate processing of repairs in line with Camden\’s policies and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor outstanding works, escalate delays, and drive completion within set timescales.
  • Contribute to service improvements and support management in achieving team targets.
  • Work closely with repairs supervisors to maximise operatives\’ efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About you
