About the role

As Regeneration Team Leader (Partnerships), you’ll lead a portfolio of major development projects as part of Camden’s Community Investment Programme, helping to deliver new homes, community facilities and wider regeneration across the borough. You’ll manage projects through the full lifecycle, working with senior leaders, councillors, residents and partners to shape and deliver schemes. You’ll lead a team of development professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while also maximising social value for local communities. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of some of Camden’s most important regeneration programmes.

You’re confident managing teams and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable working in partnership, able to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including residents, councillors and external partners. You’re a clear communicator with a good understanding of the political environment, and bring knowledge of development, construction and partnership models such as Joint Ventures. You will also demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a focus on outcomes for residents.

Working for Camden

We’re ready to welcome your ideas, your views, and your rebellious spirit. Help us redefine how we’re supporting our communities, and we’ll redefine what a career can be.
