What You’ll Be Doing
As a Leasehold Income Officer, you’ll be part of a busy and supportive income team managing accounts for over 9,800 leaseholders, playing a vital role in safeguarding essential income that supports housing services. You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, proactively managing leasehold charges such as service charges and major works, using a balanced, person‑centred approach that prioritises early engagement while confidently progressing enforcement action where required. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across Housing and Repairs, build strong relationships with leaseholders, and contribute to a high‑performing service that combines commercial awareness with empathy, making a meaningful impact on both residents and the organisation.
