Camden is seeking a Lettings Officer to manage the housing letting process from tenancy termination to final letting. You will maintain monitoring systems and generate performance reports from Camden's IT systems while applying the Council's rehousing policy and government housing legislation.
The role requires experience in a busy, target-driven housing environment and a good understanding of the Housing Act 1996 Parts VI/VII, with the ability to make informed decisions on housing applications.
