Your Mission

You’ll work directly alongside our National Sales Manager, helping to:

  • Accelerate revenue
  • Maximize customer value
  • Ensure every relationship starts strong

You won’t just “support” sales — you’ll power it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pipeline Acceleration: You’ll proactively chase outstanding deals, remove obstacles, and help push business over the line. You’ll know exactly what it takes to turn “almost” into “completed.”
  • Welcome & Growth Calls: Make high-energy welcome calls to new customers, build rapport instantly, and spot opportunities for third-party product sales.
  • Strategic Deal Packaging: Work directly with customers and dealers to structure and package deals from application to completion. You understand the mechanics of a finance agreement and know how to move it forward.
  • Broker Onboarding & Integration: Be a driving force behind seamless broker onboarding. You’ll ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and processed quickly — helping new partners get up and running fast.

What You Bring

  • Sector Experience: Background in Motor Finance, Leisure Finance, or Consumer Credit. You understand how a finance deal works.
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and working toward KPIs. You enjoy the buzz of hitting targets.
  • Communication Confidence: You can switch effortlessly between assertive deal‑chasing and warm, relationship‑building welcome calls.
  • Compliance Awareness: You understand FCA regulation and the importance of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). You know that great sales and great compliance go hand in hand.
