Norfolk and Waveney Children & Young People's Health Services invites applications for Administrative Call Handlers in the Just One Number team based in Cringleford. The role is the first point of contact for children, young people and families, helping them reach the right person at the right time and directing them to partner agencies and our Just One Norfolk website.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary entry point for families and professionals, ensuring calls are directed appropriately.
- Signpost callers to partner agencies and the bespoke Just One Norfolk website.
- Handle all calls Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, maintaining accurate records and call logs.
- Participate in regular team learning, whole team meetings, and annual appraisals.
- Support the development of staff through shared learning and 1-1 sessions.
