Main duties of the job:- 2 to 3 sessions a week available – days to be agreed
- 12-13 patients per session, blocked time for home visits, blocked time for daily clinical meeting
- Capped duty sessions, no care homes
- Monthly clinical closure afternoon for training and team building
- SystmOne practice with full Ardens templates
- Time allocated for shared administrative and prescription tasks

We have an excellent team of GPs, Pharmacy team, PCN Physio, SPLW/Care-coordinator and full in-house management team. Together we enjoy social events, group training events and daily protected clinical meetings.
CGPN is a Federation of Practices across Cambridge with a social enterprise ethos, wholly owned by our local member practices. CGPN adopted Cherry Hinton Medical Practice 2 years ago, since the practice has seen massive improvements in QOF achievement (95+%), turnaround in FFT/PPG feedback (now excellent!) protected workloads for clinicians (focus on supporting clinicians to deliver holistic longitudinal care), a revitalised non-clinical and management team.
