Finance Manager – Research & Development

This role is a key position in the Trust, supporting our welcoming and friendly R&D Directorate. You will collaborate closely with research service colleagues across a range of projects from the Mental Health Mission to Regional Research Partnerships, including the ARC Team.
Main duties of the job:
- Deliver comprehensive financial management support to the Research & Development Directorate, including support for central research team leads and detailed aspects of ongoing research studies.
- Engage with staff both internally and externally to the Trust at various levels of seniority.
- Oversee monitoring and reporting of finances associated with the Trust’s research studies.
- Prepare detailed reconciliations and reports for study funders such as NIHR and DHSC.
- Provide a reliable and responsive financial management service as an integral part of both the Central Research Team and CPFT’s Finance Team.
