The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

This is a PA substantive post in community adult psychiatry based in Cambridge. The post is based in Union House but will require flexible outreach to the community. The post will share clinical leadership of the service with the North AO consultant and the roles will cross cover during periods of leave. The post will also hold close links with CMHT community consultant colleagues in CALT and CAMEO. The post holder would be encouraged to be both a clinical and educational supervisor for trainees. The post will incorporate a prorate amount of Supporting Professional Activities (SPA) for the standard CPFT WTE split of Direct Clinical Care to SPA.

Main duties of the job include:

  • To provide clinical expertise and leadership to the South Assertive Outreach team.
  • Working clinically with those patients under the care of the team and collaborating with wider Cambridge and Peterborough health and social care system partners to best meet the needs of all those in our population with potential AO needs.
