Position Overview
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in procurement or contract management? We're looking for a Procurement Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative, coordination and systems support to our Procurement & Contracting Team.
Key Enabler for:
- Procurement planning and low-value procurement activity
- Tender administration
- E-tendering and publication requirements
- Reporting, data analysis and compliance tasks
- Contract performance administration
- Maintenance of procurement templates and internal resources
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with preparing procurement documentation — ITTs, evaluation templates, clarification logs and award reports
- Support tender administration on the e-tendering portal: setting up projects, uploading documents, coordinating clarifications, issuing notifications and maintaining audit trails
- Update and maintain the Contract Register in line with transparency requirements
- Log and update waivers, extensions, variations and supporting approvals
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information for procurement processes and approvals
- Manage shared inboxes, respond to routine queries, and escalate as needed
- Ensure procurement files are complete, accurate and audit-ready
- Support preparation of governance papers — award recommendations, exemptions, variations and risk assessments
- Support the Contract Manager in collecting and recording supplier performance data, KPIs and monitoring returns
- Assist with documentation of contract variations, extensions, change controls and amendments
- Help schedule contract review meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and follow up actions
