Wish you could prioritise continuity of care and make a difference to your patients? No problem. Want a manageable workload? How about 25 appointments per day, 15-minute f2f appointments, capped duty session and no private work? Miss the old days where being duty doctor was about orchestrating the symphony: hands-off triage, dealing with emergency queries and catching up with admin? No problem. Not keen on ward rounds? OK, no care homes.
£12,684.55 a session with full CPD allocation as per BMA model contract? Plus paid indemnity. Want the BMA model contract and to never have to ask for the DDRB uplift it will just happen?
Main duties of the job:- 2 to 3 sessions a week available - days to be agreed
- 12-13 patients per session, blocked time for home visits, blocked time for daily clinical meeting

We have an excellent team of GPs, Pharmacy team, PCN Physio, SPLW/Care-coordinator and full in-house management team. Together we enjoy social events, group training events and daily protected clinical meetings. CGPN is a Federation of Practices across Cambridge with a social enterprise ethos, wholly owned by our local member practices. CGPN adopted Cherry Hinton Medical Practice 2 years ago, since the practice has seen massive improvements in QOF achievement (95+%), turnaround in FFT/PPG feedback (now excellent) protected workloads for clinicians (focus on supporting clinicians to deliver holistic longitudinal care), a revitalised non-clinical and management team.
