  • Up to 20% market factor applied to advertised salary (subject to experience and performance at interview).

This role is a key part of our Contracts and Commissioning Team within the Project Delivery Service, which is part of the Highways and Transport Directorate. As the NEC Commercial Manager, you will lead the Commercial Team and be responsible for the commercial career progression/development of our people in Highways and Transport. You will be responsible for commercial support for the delivery of a range of highways services and ensure we meet the requirements of the County Council and other clients whilst demonstrating value for money.
